Financial Information for Student’s Pass Application
The financial information is required for all International Students when applying for the Student’s Pass. Please ensure that Part F of the Student’s Pass application form (Eform) is complete as we will declare the information as provided. The evidence of financial proof will only be submitted to the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) if requested.
Student’s Pass In-Principle Approval Letter Issuance Fee
Previously, all International Students were required to pay for the Student’s Pass issuance fee at the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) when collecting the Student’s Pass with a valid In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter. This fee payment is now required by ICA before the issuance of IPA letter. Therefore, payment advice for the IPA issuance fee will be given to all International Students by our Admissions Office upon approval of the Student’s Pass application only.
Neue Hinweise für Student Pass Holder aufgrund der Corona-Pandemie (Stand: April 2021)
We would like to give you updates on the entry approval process for Student’s Pass (STP) holders under the Safe Travel Office (STO).
Since March 2020, STP holders have been applying for entry approvals from Ministry of Education (MOE) via their institutions. As part of the Singapore Government’s efforts to streamline entry application processes for travellers, STP holders may now apply for their entry approvals directly on the STO website via the Student’s Pass Holder Lane (STPHL).
Upon receive their Student’s Pass In-Princple Approval (STP-IPA), international students are required to apply for entry via the SafeTravel application portal, at least two weeks from their planned date of entry. Students with IPA can apply for entry up to about two months in advance. Students may be required to make online payment during the application for Stay-Home Notice (SHN) or swab test if applicable. The approval will be sent to the student’s email directly from Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
Please advise your students to plan well in advance in applying for entry as payments are non-refundable.
