1. On-Campus Housing:
Hier stehen den Studierenden mehrere Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer sind alle im Dorm (Wohnheim). Buchung von On-Campus Housing. Alle Studierenden, die On-Campus wohnen, müssen einen sogenannten Meal Plan (Verpflegungspaket) kaufen.

3. Off-Campus Housing
The Cape and The Retreat: Waterfront resort style development with furnished apartments including full kitchen, living area, and laundry. Only a five-minute walk to Bond.
The Reserve: Luxury, waterfront, resort style development with furnished apartments containing full kitchen, living area, and laundry. Only a five-minute walk to Bond.
Varsity Shores: Fully furnished and equipped 3, 4 and 5 bedroom villas in a secure complex with resort-style pool, sauna and BBQ facilities. Only an eight-minute walk to Bond.
Varsity Towers: Self-contained student accommodation, only five minutes' walk to Bond. Choose from studio rooms, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, all with balconies and fully furnished. Only a five-minute walk to Bond.
The Chancellor: Stylish, one bedroom, fully self-contained apartments, only a five-minute walk to Bond.
Chancellor Lakeside: 1, 2 and 3 bedroom luxury apartments with full kitchen, dining and lounge areas. The property has a roof-top pool and is an eight-minute walk to Bond.
Varsity Apartments on Main: Secure complex with furnished studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, 13-minute walk from Bond. On-site swimming pool and gym. Minimum six month lease.
H2O Apartments: Luxurious, gated, waterfront complex located in the hub of Varsity Lakes. Onsite facilities include lap pool, gym and BBQ area. Furnished 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. 10 minutes' walk to Bond.
Central Park Apartments - A quiet complex with modern facilities such as pool, gym and spa, located in the heart of the Varsity Lakes Central Precinct. Fully furnished 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, eight-minutes' walk to Bond. Prices range from $239-365 per week.
